For more than 60 years, Husky Midstream and its predecessor companies have provided strategic connections for producers in Alberta and Saskatchewan, with efficient transportation options that optimize netbacks.

Husky Midstream owns approximately 2,300 kilometres of pipeline in the Lloydminster region, 5.9 million barrels of oil storage capacity at Hardisty, Alberta and Lloydminster, Alberta, and other ancillary infrastructure assets. It is responsible for blending Western Canadian Select, the benchmark for heavy Canadian crude oil.

Partnership Structure

The Company is owned by CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited (CKI) (16.25%), Power Assets Holdings Limited (48.75%) and Cenovus Energy Inc. (35%). Cenovus is the operator.

CKI and Power Assets are global infrastructure companies trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Cenovus Energy is an integrated energy company trading on the Toronto and New York stock exchanges.
